Shawn
sorry all. Am looking into the problem now to find out why MySQL, used for BrainMeta's database, caused BrainMeta to go offline.

Rick
Was down for the last half hour, just back up now.
Shawn
thanks Rick. I'm still working on it. I will minimize downtime and should have it up for good within the next hour.
Shawn
Alrighty, everything should be up for good now. I took the opportunity during downtime to upgrade PHP and MySQL. Sorry about the downtime.

Just don't let it happen again, as the Internet without BrainMeta feels like trying to eat a stake without any teeth. Err, how'd you doing Shawn... Can I get you a cup of tea, or something!
Shawn
I'm doing well. Thanks for asking, code buttons. There is one other thing I need to fix about BrainMeta forum, but I'll do that tomorrow.

If you see the following line of text when you try to post,
"Line: 56 of \sources\action_public\post.php",
don't worry about, it will be gone tomorrow.

Shawn
Ok, let's see how this works.

Sorry about that
Rick
I'm now getting the spurious message

IPB WARNING [2] mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() (Line: 56 of \sources\action_public\post.php)
