TOTAL RECALL ,NO BULLSHIT!
Vitamin B6: This member of the B-complex family of vitamins is the universal carrier nutrient. By adding this vitamin , it helps ensure that the nutrients will be carried to the exact sites in the brain where they are needed the most.
Huperzine A: Extracted from the Chinese club moss, Huperzia serrate, is one of the newest additions to memory enhancement. The herb has been used for centuries in Chinese herbal medicine for the management of many neurological disorders and to help restore and preserve memory in elderly people. Huperzine A has demonstrated, under clinical studies, to decrease neuronal cell death and therefore is helpful in both memory loss as well as in cases of dementia.
Vinpocetine: This amazing phytonutrient belongs in any combination of ingredients intended to improve cognitive function. In short, Vinpocetine supports cerebral circulation by increasing oxygen to the brain.
DMAE: This natural substance is know to preserve and promote elevated levels of choline in the brain. Choline is an essential nutrient used to facilitate storage and recall of information.
****Phosphatidylserine: This powerful nutrient found in lecithin is known to enhance your brain's production of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, absolutely essential for our ability to think, reason, and recall information from the storage site of the brain. The end result can be an increase in both short-term and long-term memory.
GABA: This neurotransmitter is known to work by exercising a relaxing effect on the brain cells, which calms the mind and allows you to focu and concentrate.

phosphatidyl serine is overpriced, overhyped, and has never done anything for me.
GABA initially calms but also dulls the mind.

I tryed p-Serine and it boost memory
Hey memory has a price
Gaba calms the nervous system it doesnt dull it
when all this supplements are taken together they work in
a process to boost memory
how about you try it first and then post something up, instead you want to
talk about what doesnt work or what works withouy having any knowledge of its effect
on Memory.

Quite simply you dont know any of us either, so you are assuming that lucid doesnt know of the effects and thus you are guilty of that which you accuse.

Valuable info re B6--though little of it is absorbed through the gut, therefore sublingual is the best option--ANd you left out B12, specifically methylcylobomin (Sp?)--there are a number of analogs, but this is teh effective one---even better for recall than B6 (which relates more to emotional stability--but another subject)
you can BUY choline, you know--and it's a lot cheaper than DMAE!! (notto mention DMAE has some hormonal effects their not too sure of--i.e. it sends Bipolars into a manic cycle, and some other poetentially questionable stuff related to mood, even in the otherwise "normal" individual.
Phosphatadylcholine is perhaps one of the best cognitive improvement supps around--what few know isthat you can get it in a pure, unadulterated form in Lecithin--the ration is several grams/100 grams of lecithin--maybe more (it's measure in "grains" with regard to lecithin--and Lecithin is DIRT CHEAP--while Phsphatadylserine is so hot right now you almost need a second job to afford it.
Buy the way GABA doesn't cross the blood brain barrier--yeah Iknow there's a lot of debate about this now--but it doesn't. It just doesn't. The russians developed a synthesis of GABA and variety of niacin which, however, works beautifully--without the potential addiction probs of other anxiolytics--it's called phenibut--there's another version called Picamilon.
If your'e buying GABA you're wasting your time, unless you're getting some sort of psychosomatic benefit, in which case I'll sell you a whole batch of sugar pills in a GABA bottle, and you'll be just as happy. Another "calmative" is L-theanine-technically an amino acid, though it appears nowhere but in green tea--take about 200 mg.s--you'll be amazed. Anyway that's just a beginning--for example, l-glutamine does enter the brain, and is metabolized INTO GABA--if GABA is what you're after--but careful not to take more than about 1 1/2 grams per day.
A few tips

qUITE FRANKLY--AND i ATTEMPT TO CONVEY THIS ENTIRELY WITHOUT PERSONAL RANCOR OF ANY SORT--AFTER HAVING READ YOUR MANY POSTS,ONFIRE, LITTLE QUESTION REMAINS BUT THAT YOU HAVE ONLY THE BAREST OF KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THE MOST OBVIOUS AND "HYPED" TRENDS OF THE MOST-AND IF A "LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IS A DANGEROUS THING"--PROPORTIONATELY SPEAKING--YOU POSTS COULD WELL BE DEADLY. OF COURSE, THEY ARE INCREDIBLY BOORISH, AND INANE--BUT THAT'S UNAVOIDABLE ON FORUMS I SUPPOSE.

L-glutamine is converted into GABA, however-but takenomore than around 2 grams/day-less if female. The russians combined GABA with a form of Niacin which succeeds in enablingit cross the blood brain barrier--phenibut or picamilon. Very soothing, without the addictive pimlications of the benzos--used for PTSD.

You will have much better luck targeting GABA by supplementing with taurine and L-theanine
