Full Version: Measuring Electrode Resistance in Bridge Mode

Andrew
Hello,
I'm attempting to do some extracellular recording and juxtacellular labelling using glass micropipettes and the axoclamp-2B from Axon Instruments. I have seen variable results in my data based on the tip geometry and I would like to know how to measure the resistance of my electrodes using the axoclamp before I use them. I'm having trouble figring out how to do this and was hoping that someone would have some advice.

Thank you,
Andrew

can't you just use Ohm's law?
