why's that? Is the society defunct?

it reminded me of the Society for Neuroscience, but it looks like the Cognitive Neuroscience Society may precede the Society for Neuroscience

I see the Society is located in Davis, CA. Same as Dr. Sasha Shulgin. Coincidence?

I see the Society is located in Davis, CA. Same as Shulgin. Hmmm.

You have something against Alex?
lucid_dream
I have admiration. I'd love to meet him.

There must be something about northern CA
lucid_dream
Indeed he is.

Have you met him? Do you know if he's working on anything nowadays?
lucid_dream
I'm sure he knows he has a following online. More people need to know what he did. The growth of the internet ensures that.

LifeMirage, how did you come across this Cognitive Neuroscience Society site?
LifeMirage
I'm a proud member.
lucid_dream
Did you attend their 2006 Annual CNS Meeting on April 8 - 11 in San Francisco?
LifeMirage
No, too busy to make that one.
lucid_dream
once was enough!

If I had known about it in advance, I would've liked to have attended.
