Full Version: Meeting expectations in order to transcend?

Hello, I'm new here, however not to this topic.
I have discussed it with several people, and I have heard from a few that they think you need to meet qualifications in order to "transcend."

Personally, all I think a persons needs to "transcend" is an open mind, and in turn everyone will open up to new ideas, concepts, thoughts, etc.
(I am putting transcend in quotations because we don't know exactly what it means, we have ideas, but nothing substantial)

So basically I want to know your take on this.
Neural
What kind of question is this? It depends on the nature and implementation of the singularity
