Love is giving never taking
Love need not be boastful, never proud
Love is the child in the hearts of men
A bashful child, nay, nevertheless,
Always full of hope and cheer
Love is the comfort of the soul
Dreams are slain and therefore
Leave sorrow and pain
Without love all men perish
Without love all men vanish
Dark is the heart without love
Dark is the night like the winter's haze
Only love can bring the light of the new age
That ageless light can only be love
