Heart Whisperer

Oh, how a mighty heart breaks
Without warning we find we’ve fallen
Dropping like pebbles into the sea
A heart buried alive
By the truth of pain, the lies of love
Our faces grow dim
Smiles becoming ghosts
Our eyes always haunted
By spectral tears
Unable to cross over into a new light
We become shadows of ourselves
Featureless, fading with the break of day.

Spectral, I love it, truly haunting, a dream and a nightmare. A

This is great, Manders, and rings so true.

Thanks for creating and sharing it. It is good to see you hereabouts again.

Love,
