Actually i´m 20, and not taking any choline supplements...
when does it "kick in" if it does?

It can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for its effects to be noticeable....taking choline would be a good idea.

Go for choline bitartrate. It's cheap and works well.

choline bitartrate is cheap and pure but does not get converted well to acetylcholine

It would certainly appear to be the more effective than other forms of choline for raising ACh. Only AChE inhibitors can increase ACh stronger.
