Would extraterrestrial life with that sort of technology want to bother with us ants? (Well MUCH more distant than ants, actually).

Although we are much more distant to ants, then think about it just as though we are ants, to an ant our footstep is a massive movement. To us, it is just walking, so to an alien coming to earth may be like stepping on your back porch.. they may be the same size as us but if they are far more advanced they can travel much quicker.

I think the ant anology may be a little extreme. i dont think any intelligent life even if very advance would have humans analogous to what ants are to us. first off intelligent life must be rarer than ant hills. also, i just think the analogy is too much. more like advanced aliens are to humans as humans are to something a little more in focus than ants ............ hmmm i hope not lab rats .

mm think of it this way, ants probably think of worms as unintelligent underlings as humans think of ants..
