Namaste
Hi there,
I am new to this site, found it when googling for ATP analogs)))
I am now writing my M.Sc thesis in neuroscience and in the meantime looking for balance through meditations and kundalini yoga. I also find great pleasure in brainstorming by trying to figure out the ways that brain and mind possibly work.
I totally agree with the ideas of "What the bleep do we know" creators and, naturally, with what I read on the title page of this site.
The brief look through this site makes me think that here I will find plenty of questions to think about, plenty of opinions and challenges and meet great thinking people.
Looking forward to it!!

Namaste.

P.S. I tried to edit my details by clicking on "controls"on the forum page, but it just takes me to an empty page. Is there anything else I can do?
Rick
Welcome, Namaste. Many features here are broken, but someone is rumored to be working on the bugs.

Correct me if I misspeak, but I understand that 'namaste' is Sanskrit for: The g-d in me affirms the g-d in you. If so, I do.

Hi, Lindsay,
The sanskrit word "Namaste" can be interpreted in several ways and the one I like the most is the one you gave.
It can be translated simply as "Ï bow to you" as well.

Hi, Lucid Dream,

I've seen it (several times) and I can say that though I heard, learnt and acknowledged most of the ideas they've spoke about in this movie, it certainly did switch something on in my head. I guess this movie highlighted the discrete ideas from the big dark matter of my thoughts and made me think more about conscience, reality, our experience and how we use it. I believe that after seeing this movie I've avanced to being a Master of myself a bit more.

Nice meeting you!

Hi Namaste

I am guessing you are doing your M.Sc in Neuroscience from India or you have Indian origin.

I am really interested in knowing which are the best places in India to study Neuroscience. Till now, I have been able to find only two good institutes--NIMHANS and BRI, Gurgaon.
