ON THE ALTAR
***************

When the mirror laughed at us
I realised that we are like autumn trees

When the wind started waving bye byes
I understood that it has no place between us

When the beauty smiled bidding fare well
I presumed that it could not vie with your nice face

When the rain drops down in splashes
I asserted it as the streams of your unhidden love

When my heart searches for green pastures
I felt it as seasons’ king spring’s addition of new wing s

When you completely encompass me
I hope it as the cupid’s boon

From the vast sky to the naked eye
I literally glance your solid swoon

The moon and the moon light along with the sizzling stars
Stopped all the internal squabbling wars to leave us to peaceful altars
