AN ODE TO WIND
################

TODAY I propose
to break the ice
and start conversing
with the breezy air

When i was sweating
profusely in severe summer
It comforted me by deputing from south end
wind a cool and calm breeze to my rescue

When i was shivering with
freezing cold winds and crystallizing snow
It fumed warm winds from western ghats
and kept me away from woolen rugs

When I was feeling shy during autumn
unable to look at the nudity
of the bare branches of standing trees in northern shades
It assured normalcy with no further loss of time

When it was spring again
It gave me a chance to glance
the beauty parlours of green environment
thus giving rise to new waves in my life

I hence owe a lot to these magnificent acts
which protected me all the time and all the while
with clock like precision showering love
It welcomes this seasons' queen with red carpet spreading from my heart
