misty
pretty as poison
so rose romantic
you take me to your heart
kissed so soft
torn apart
touch me through firehaze
red rose romantic
I'm your forever fire
Dance me through hell...

Drowning in moonlight
so rose romantic
Beauty and muscatel
How will I live to tell
of your mad promises
Gently eccentric
Look at this love we made
Know me too well...

So rose romantic
Surrendered to love's attack
Red rose romantic
Kissed the thorn molten black...

pretty as poison.

My rose romantic
Take me away with you
This dream Corybantic
Eden arise anew...

fall to me.
fall to me.
fall to me.

pretty as poison.

Yowza, Misty!

"Gently eccentric," I love that! My daughter says of me that I am "sweetly dotty."

"Firehaze," what a wonderful word.

"Dance me through hell," love that line.

"Pretty as poison," love that line too, and it is just what my daughter and I were talking about earlier today, how a young man she likes is like that.

Oh, and lest I forget:

"fall to me.
fall to me.
fall to me."

That line grows exponentially in power with each repetition, attainiing a magical quality of incantation. The period at the end of each line increases its power.

You are blooming beautifully, and you give the reader so much to think about.

Well done.

Love,

+Stevie
