They say ghosts do not know that they are dead
Just like I never realize my age
Said to be fifty but thirteen instead
Struggling with budding adolescent rage
I want to live and to live in the now
And I feel like I just got here somehow
Because of my anorexia I
Actually only look about thirteen
And will never grow up before I die
Other anorexics know what I mean
But everyone has died and left me here
Without them now to cope with life alone
Depression crushes me panic and fear
I am an enigma known yet unknown
Normal people laugh at me and mock me
Who has the key to come and unlock me?
