Transcendental Sonnet #1355:
Serendipity
Occasionally something will go right
Delightfully completely by surprise
Sometimes a lonely dark depressing night
Ignited by a spark from friendly eyes
Sees hurt hearts which are not loved anymore
Sprout unexpected wings to rise and soar
Love flourishes by serendipity
Impossibility often gives rise
To ascendent improbability
All the beautiful things which never were
Found in our grasp as we grasp him or her
As I make love to you and you to me
Wait upon fate: it is never too late
For delightful nightblooming destiny
