Mandy Wood
As these smile lines deepen
And these eyes brighten
With this endless laughter
I fall in love with you all over,
Each day is like the first,
As I see this world in a new light,
Rediscover the good, and banish the bad,
When I make the choice to laugh,
Not to cry, and to smile not to frown,
When I make the choice to let you in again…

It certainly makes sense to me, and indeed helps to sharpen and focus my senses on this early spring day.

What a splash of sunshine for me to discover on this morning as I wait for the tow truck to take my '65 Chrysler to the shop (it will recover, but I wait anxiously as it's a family heirloom entrusted to me); I love your poem, and I am inspired even more to write something good today.

Thanks for this, Mandy.

I send you my respect, solidarity, and love,

+Stevie

Makes perfect sense Mandy.
Wonderful poem, like all the rest of them. You write openly and honestly--I like that.
Love this one.

I really like the way you write openly and honestly, too.

Your work has an immediacy to it which goes straight to the heart, coming, as it does, straight from your own.

Great work as always.

Respect and solidarity,

+Stevie
