"There is an old gate opening to the shore, a part of an emperor’s leisure resort. The whole mansion once an attractive tourist spot is now only in memories. But the gate still remains as to profess the Supreme advice, to leave this land of selfish greed and find new havens. Another flood, the dark winds of change for all those earthly greed that rules is foreseen by wise ancestors! "
The Gate of existence
Built for greed, and with a selfish outlook
For fleeing in times demanding a change
This gate still stands fighting salt, reminding
An emperor who dreamed conquering eternity
All walls are gone with winds of change
And the luxurious suites are now memories
But steadfast is the vision this gate still offers
With thousands of stories yet to be told.
An arch still intact as the only limits of an eye
Opening to horizons, the settling sun as pupil
The shadows of which tempt a thinking soul
To accept His call and explore those limits
The doors are open for both directions of life
The one to His vast sea with hidden treasures
With a call for the limits left still untouched
Or all those miseries waiting a step behind
The convivial depths with knowledge waiting
Or go for those lands of politics and gluttony
Learn from His treasures kept hidden in depths
Or earn mortal living and face selfish routines
I learned from those ancestors who crossed
This gate of existence and left stinking lands
That the winds of change are still proclaiming
The mighty call of supreme to find new havens
