FEVERED FEATURES

When i was falling sick till i attained the age of ten
I saw the scenes being shunted to the corner room i usually shun
A bed is prepared to accommodate me during that turbulent period
With a flowery designed bed cloth probably in white duly spread


During the day time and also during nights i had only delirium sweeps
Not allowing me continuously to relax and dream at leisure in fine sleeps
Whenever i was awake iam glancing only my maths text
Which i love most in all the subjects scheduled for the test

A huge personality like the modern days shrek
used to carry healoads of medicines on cart track
how to gulp those tablets at such a magnitude i couldn't imagine
it is all in a dream i supposed and enjoyed the tricks in prime



I was told to chant all hymns i can, praising the grace of GOD
To have speedy recovery on time as is directed by my beloved dad
The fever then and even now is just a visiting faculty to me yearly once
So i got adjusted to all these circumastances with no sense of tense


The caress i derived during the sick period of my featuring fever
Didn't drag me however to think about its frequency though not severe
Now i have got plenty of time to read all the books i bought period wise
The remembrances are lovely may not be good thinking aloud health wise
