Enough Said

I have decided to eat no more beans
I suppose you know why and what this means

I was told I should eat them for protein
But at a price! Apples and rice are nice
Never make mischief nor need I think twice
Of these but please remind me that the bean
Apparently does not agree with me

Dante has demons in hell turn and trump
One to another employing the rump
Indeed they might as well for it is hell
After all but the idea does appall
Bearing as it does the ring and the sting
Of a most awkward indelicate thing

No more beans! Apples instead: enough said
