Full Version: Trickling...

Mandy Wood
We sit in silence in this lonely room.
Worlds between us, our thoughts trickling quietly,
We’re in our own minds again, and no words are spoken.
But they never are, never as they should be.
Remember the days when this room was full of
Dreams and laughter that bounced off of the walls,
One always seeming better then the other?
For hours we’d sit and not a moment of silence,
Would pass between us and yet,
Here we sit, in silence in this lonely room.
Worlds between us, our thoughts trickling quietly…
