Hey Hey
Second Chance

First chance now gone and wake in trance
Hallucinate, then second chance
As whispers seek to pervert the innocent
And insects wander through sea of scent

Next stark and real return from peace
Just one moment, mind of ease
Some days of nothing really. Life
No thoughts and simple banter. Knife

And so to home and oh, that day
Then as per usual went away
And down the hill betrayed in love
More days of thought, below, above

Now working on this second chance
With more time t'ward demise advance
And as she sleeps this one night more
Could not appreciate death, my door

Hey, Hey:

brilliantly written. Fluid, engaging, and thought-provoking. I think this is a new favorite of yours. Great writing!

Could not appreciate death, my door

death though known is definitely an eye sore
life even in obstacles known tries to put them down the floor
in every thing and any thing desiring in limits is a principle core
life and death in realities always a surprising galore
chance first or second at its - peak knocks the door from a beauty parlour
