Pathos in Eros
****************
When you wear a silk saree
I do appreciate your stunning stance
But my heart laments for the cocoons
Which in hot chambers sacrifice their lives
To give the silk saliva to transform it as weaving thread

When you wear cotton
My mind respond quickly to the woes
Of the farmers who toiled during shine and rain
To grow the raw crop despite un remunerative prices, they get at last

When you slip into woolen garments
To wrap up for protection against whispering chills
My body sympathize the sheep
That were cropped to the skin to extract wool

When you desire to wear autumn robes
In clourful costumes
My soul leaves after the leaves
Who fall down to earth like descended angels
Making the trees stand nude as an annual fete
