I gazed upon the heavens
The silence of the spheres
Hints of the last pure celestial note
The moment after crescendo
When the conductor exits the stage
To walk in the garden of his creation

I like this poem too. I'm sorry I didn't tell you so before now.

Jasper, I'm +Steven, the Poet in Residence here; pleased to meet you. I certainly didn't remove anything from this thread. I'm sorry if something disappeared. I've been pretty busy with my new book and trying to keep warm in my old cold haunted house of late.

The only things which I ever remove are the sadistic batterings of cruel crazies which spill upon our board and spread like viruses from time to time. There are these two young ladies who do everything but wait outside my front door with shotguns, so I am a little wary, and I am grateful for Hey Hey and our other excellent moderators. But I didn't hear about them removing anything of yours either. Can you just put it up again, whatever it was? I didn't see it.

My respects to the poet and to those who replied.

And Jasper, I'm glad to have you with us. Peace.

I can't remember removing anything from here but it has been very busy of late and I'm not infallable. As Steven suggests, repost it and we'll soon see if there was/is a problem.

Thank you Jasper, although it wasn't my intent to anthropomorph first cause, I found the image of a consituent walking through "his" creation useful from my perspective which is somewhat panentheist.

Btw chocolates are like wives..there is no such thing as a wrong choice just more choice.
