I'm going to get so high
you'll never get inside. All the wails and the screams will die out into static. I'm going to get so high you'll never reach my mind. All the pins and the pricks won't burn my skin. I'm going to get so high you'll never pierce my hide. All the gashes and bruises will heal into skin. And then you'll realize that there is no bright side when all the smoke and the stripes strap you down and I control you. |
