Hey guys, I've followed maaaany topics here to learn about cognitive enhancers.
I've gathered the following yummies: -piracetam (expensive as hell in Thailand where i'm staying at) -gingko -DMAE -ashwagandha -Omega 3 from Krill -lecithin (alpha GDC was not available here...) How can I combine those for best results? What I mean by best result would be (ideally) the feeling when I first took Piracetam 2 weeks ago: increased motivation, thought purity, elevated mood, higher appreciation of the world and music, no social anxiety. (anxiety reduction and cognitive improvement would be most important) Who I am: I've gradutated from Mathematics - Bachelor degree (only used Gingko and Omega 3 - helped me a lot), now I'm working for a mentor on a startup of his and it requires stuff which are a bit stressful cause I've never done similar stuff but I really want to prove myself which creates a lot of anxiety and pressure and Piracetam seemed to reduce this problem to minumum (unfortunatelly next days were not so amazing as the first one...) Thanks in advance for any tips! |
