Is it proven that the likelihood of genes can cause autism? That means, if a man has impregnated a family member (blood-related), then there's a big chance that the child will be autistic? How does this happen?

the relation between genetics and autism is a not a well understood topic. genes may not explain autism that runs in families

There were multiple studys that say that vaccines cause autism. There is also possibility that is not true do..
