I can observe cleverness in humans and ability to think out a problem, but all animals ( or living creatures of any kind) think out how to survive and breed so I think all animals are intelligent. if they breed and survive to breed they are intelligent.
If a non-animal can do this then it is intelligent, but so far no self breeding machines exist, so no artificial intelligence. OR I am wrong in my understanding?

I'd dare to say that urge to breed is not so much an intelligence but an instinct tongue.gif I posted somewhere else on this board that in my understanding (repeated after scientists) those creatures that can dream are considered intelligent - like humans. But domestic animals I have and can observe (like e.g. cats and dogs) can dream too so that makes them intelligent.
I have not heard about self-breeding or dreaming machines.
