It is very suitable for adults and elders. Yoga is effective against many illnesses, Yoga retreat centres cure various aches such as backaches, respiratory issues and breathing difficulties, sleep disorders such as insomnia and also obesity. Persons suffering from these disorders can visit Yoga retreat centres and be healed practising Yoga.
