I'm fat, height 175, weight: 80KG, there is a lot of meat on the chest, the summer is very ugly, how to exercise?

Go for a rock hard chest exercising routine like push ups, bench press, dumbbell press, pec-deck, dumbbell flyes etc. are some good chest exercises that will definitely help you to get beautiful chest.

For Doing Best Chest Excercise All you have to do following the Steps below .
1.180 degree Twisting Dumbbell Bench Press
2.Close Grip weighted Push ups.
3.Cable Crossover 21
4.Kettlebell Fly
5.Forward Landing Dip

A great routine that has worked for me and still working is:

Flat Bench Press - 4 sets x 10-12 reps
Incline Dumbbell fly's - 4 sets x 10-15 reps
Machine Bench Press - 4 sets x 10-12 reps
Chest Pullover's - 4 sets x 10-15 reps
Cable fly's - 5 sets lower weight x 15 reps

And if you are really feeling it, I would super-set cable fly's with 5-10 pushups after each set.
