I just realized that a few people are watching me, noticing how little I eat, and how I am loosing weight.
Now my husband has asked me to buy myself more food, he has offered to cook for me, and he is very concerned. BUT...I cannot do more than I already am, and the fact that I am being WATCHED, makes me feel threatened, and like I need to eat less. I am sure this makes sence to others with ED's. I just cannot change right now. I am struggling to just eat anything at all, and here are a few people asking me to eat MORE???? THis is a mess... Love, Dara :-/ |
