Hey I have been reading up for some time on Nootropics.
A good friend of mine suggested taking Piracetam with Alpha GPC.
I'm basically trying this out to improve memory, brain function, improve mental clarity.
After reading a bit I decided to order some.
I ordered Piracetam(sns 500 gram) in powder form, and Alpha GPC(now foods 300mg) capsules.

I weight lift regularly, and 2 or 3 times a week do met-con exercises to maintain health and keep off weight. Im very healthy. I am also a pretty heavy weed smoker to be honest.... I dont drink at all, but after work I probably smoke a gram+ every day.

I eat well(mostly grassfed, no hormones, organic, plenty of vegetables, and healthy fats) and also I'm taking
Fish oil 2,000mg (3x daily)
Magnesium 300mg (2x daily)
Zinc 15mg(2x daily)
Vitamin D2,500 IU (1x daily)
Vitamin C 1,000mg (2x daily)
Vitamin B (1x Daily)
Ginko Biloba 60mg (2x daily)

I just received my pack in the mail today, and plan on starting taking them both tomorrow.
I was planning to take 1000mg (piracetam), and 300mg(alpha gpc) twice a day for a month.
Then up my doses to 1000mg piracetam 3x daily possibly more alpha gpc.

Are those doses high enough? Too much?
Should I be adding anything to the mix?
How long should I keep this cycle going to ensure I get all the benefits I can from it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I will try to contribute as much as possible while on this forum.
Thanks a lot!

Piracetam, even at high doses, never did anything noticeable to me. Aniracetam on the other hand does.
