Is there anyone who does neurofeedback for anxiety?
I had around 40 sessions until now. I had some pretty good results at the beginning (first 10 sessions) but now my anxiety has increased. Should i continue practice it? I have to say at the end of every session i feel great no anxiety at all but this can lasts half a day and then i start getting anxious again. are there any other people who are more experts to share their experiences or their opinions? Neurofeedback seems to work pretty good but it doesnt gives lasting results.

i really dont know exactly the techniques but i do one session watching a movie which it works on anxiety one session with eyes closed which is for mood and another one with eyes closed that helps to relief from OCD and compulsive thoughts. All 3 work really great and i feel very nice when i finish the session. That can lasts about 2 days but when i dont do a session for 4 or 5 days the anxiety comes back.

What exactly do you mean by techniques? i can ask him next time i go.

Hi,
I am about to start neuroffedback for anxiety and OCD. I was wondering if you are still doing it. And how much improvement have you seen. Thanks
