Hello

I'm on medication that apparently relaxes the blood vessels.

I'm weight lifting and following all the correct procedures of weight lifting like breathing correctly, ( obviously not taking steroids) if the vessels in my body are more relaxed does that mean they are more likely to rupture under the stress of lifting weights, or less likely?
I understand that there are tiny capillaries that can burst when just sneezing and stuff but I'm talking about the larger vessels like in the brain.

I do sometimes feel dizzy when I'm lifting weights.

A milder pain in the head while lifting weights might simply be due to dehydration, even though you may not be thirsty. The solution for this is to drink plenty of water throughout a strenuous workout, even if you're not thirsty. Please make sure your body is well-nourished throughout the day.
