This is what I usually eat on exam day:

In the morning:
1-2 tomatoes, 200gram (about 0.440925 pounds) of smoked salmon, grain pasta with olive oil and 1 red paprika.

Right before the exam:
2 bananas (after working out), a protein shake and oatmeal with some cinnamon.

During the exam I eat some more oatmeal with cinnamon and I also drink a whole bottle of low fat milk (because it contains proteins and because it doesnít take too much time to consume it).

I also drink plenty of water.

Supplements that I use:
About 500 grams of Vitamin C.
A multivitamin
And lots of fish oil.
I also take some extra sink.

My goal is to maximize my performance at the exam. Please critique my exam diet/supplement plan.
