Dear colleagues and friends,

Requested by prospective authors and considered the coming Lunar New Year Festival in China, the ICSI2013 organizing committee again decided to extend the Paper Submission Deadline to

*** February 15, 2013 ****

All accepted papers will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes on Computer Science(LNCS) which will indexed by EI, INSPEC, DBLP, Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), ISTP, etc.
Some high-quality papers will be selected for special issues in some SCI-indexed International Journals (NC,SC,IJAI, JSIR, etc.).
The annual ICSI event is one of the leading events in the area of swarm intelligence.

ICSI 2013 will bring together researchers and practitioners in the field of swarm intelligence from around the globe. Technical exchanges within the research
community will encompass invited speeches, special sessions,presentations and posters.For more details, please visit www(dot)ic-si(dot)org

BTW, please consider to contribute to and/or forward to the appropriate groups the following opportunity to submit and publish original scientific results to ICSI 2013.
