Hi.

I used propecia 5-6 days with only a quarter of a normal dosage, however, I feel that I've gotten some memory loss.

It's a couple of weeks since I quitted propecia.

Besides not using propecia anymore what would be the best way to recover from propecia use?

Thanks

From my experience I would recommend the following things. You can pick and choose a couple or all of these.

Iodine (hyperactive thoughts, brain fatigue, heavy metals)
Methylcobalamin (endurance, sharpness)
Phosphatidylserine (neuron support/protection/repair?, fast cognitive function)
Lithium Orotate (if related to anxiety, depression or stress)
L-Suntheanine (Stress related memory loss or fatigue)www.xtmmo.com

I recommend chelating heavy metals too. Could be the root of the problem and then use the others for support.
