Hi guys,
This is my problem I have general focus issues coupled with memory problems. That is the tip of it basically i think part of the memory problems is linked to the factor of that I can seem to only function for 4 hours to a max of 6 hrs each day without then needing to sleep 12+ hours(as you can imagine this screws with my sleeping pattern to no end). I am seeing a doctor but as doctors in australia (where I live) are rather cautious before even looking at any sort of medication to do with combating fatigue they are exploring every other avenue. So far they have put me on Lexapro - which is due to the part where a year back i suffered from a period of depression due to external compounding circumstances and couldn't seem to see the brighter side of life so to speak. I am now over this but they have put me back on lexapro due to wanting to rule out some underlying depression as a reason why I am seem to need to sleep so much. I know this reason does track but i know myself that i am not depressed. I am looking for a way to function again in the short term with the help of nootropics and cog enhancers.

I have heard that piracetam is outdated as a cog enhancer nootropic and PRAMIRACETAM is its replacement I maybe under the wrong impression. Anyhow any help with building a chemically sound and relatively safe stack would be awesome. I am still trawling through the forums to glean some more information.

I don't know if they deliver in australia, you should ask on their site, but I'm using NZT.1 from paneuromix, and it has worked for me, after I took the first pill, I was way more relaxed and I could focus on my studying, I was studying for my end of semester exams. I had excellent results in my exams, so for me it's excellent. Maybe this chemical can help you.

I hope you'll solve your problem smile.gif

Seems you have depression + excessive fatigue correct?
There is a very effective stack that can suit you pretty well.
Escitalopram (that is lexapro) 20mg + modafinil (200 mg) this last is used for treat persons whow suffer of concentration lack, beyond to treat sleep disturbs. Just google it and let your physician knows about.

Nootropic supplements are the cognitive enhancers that helps to enhance memory and improve concentration. Modafinil is good to treat sedation and fatigue in many conditions.

Modafinil is pretty used off-label to improve focus and concentration. It's used by us army pilots to improve performance. Not only to treat sedation and fatigue. ;-)
