Quality Concerns/Preferred Vendors? Options

I am still quite new to nootropics. Piracetam is the only one I've tried so far. A bit of online reading has aroused my curiosity to explore beyond that, but it has also raised some concerns for the quality/purity of the products. Do you know where this issue of purity/quality is addressed in writing? Basically, I want to know which vendors and manufacturers are honest and care about the health of their customers. Links to indepth articles would be fantastic, but I'll take word of mouth as long as you don't sound like you're moonlighting for a company.
