Hoi!
I'm new here, and was hoping you can help me with my stack! Now, first, I have to let you guys know my goals: Have less anxiety Be happier Be more confident Be more alert All below basically sum up to being smarter. Have less brain fog Understand things quicker Remember things faster Remember things better etc (you guys get the drift, all the smart stuff) Now, what I plan on getting: Just general health: Optimen Multi-vitamin. Optimum fish oil *Possible whey + casein proteins, but that's because I work out. To be happier: L-Tryptophan (It increases Serotonin, pick it over 5-htp because they 5-htp is only a precursor to serotonin, while L-Tryptophan is a precursor to other things too) Rhodiola Rosea (helps prevent the break down of serotonin) *L-Arginine (this will mostly help with confidence, I'll let you figure out why) *Now, I could get Bacopa and Theanine, but, they do seem to just do the same thing as L-Tryptophan, so I don't see the point. All the other ones which don't involve being smart: Nothing, I have no idea about what to do about alertness, anxiety, and confidence. To be more intelligent: (most of these should be self-explanatory) Piracetam Aniracetam Oxiractem Alpha-GPC Huperzine Hydergine Sulbutiamine *Vassopressin (not sure about this one, what do you think?) *Theanine (same as above) *Pyrinol (I've heard about it, but not sure what it really does) *Inositol (same as above) *ALCAR (Same as Pyrinol) *Centrophenoxine (Same as above) *DMAE (Same as Pyrinol) *It seems to me none of them are vasodilators, vicamine or vinpocetine (heard bad things about vinpocetine) perhaps? Extras: Phenibut on the week ends (max twice a week) heard it makes you feel nice So could you guys help fill the gaps (Anxiety, confidence, Alertness, complete the happiness and intelligence parts)? I don't mind taking a lot of things, as long as it is safe, so I wouldn't be against taking all of the above. Also, I've heard plenty about brain nutrients and amino acids (things such as L-Tyrosine, Lithium, Galantamine) which are different than nootropics, could you guys help me make a stack for that too? Xaio!! |

I would say no if you want to feel anything. Maybe if you have a traumatic brain injury it would be a good idea, but I am no doctor

Your stack is far too extensive for me to even start getting into. It would probably be best to put what you plan on taking as a base (actual stuff you PLAN to take) and go from there with your goals. |

Xaio!! Why not try the new Epiphany D1 that's on the Cerebral Health website. Sounds like its benefits would fulfill some of the effects you're looking for...? The video for it is pretty cool too. |
