Hey Everyone!
I am extremely new to this forum, but have been reading and scoping it out for weeks. I wanted to post because I am trying to optimize my system and nutrition, and need all the help I can get! There are several experts on this forum and I would love some feedback. I guess I should go ahead and start out with a little bit of background, and I'll list all the stuff I am currently taking to make sure there's no reactions between all of them and everything is at the right level(s) it should be for me. Starting out, I am 21 years old, 158 lbs. and very physically fit / active. I am in college, in the Honors Program at East Tennessee State University, and don't drink alcohol hardly at all. I don't smoke either. I try to eat a well-balanced diet, stay away from fast food, and eat alot of meat, - as well as drink several glasses of milk every morning. Listed below is what I currently take every day. Hope this isn't too confusing, and if you have any suggestions at all, please tell me! - 1/2 Serving a day of Men's Superior Multivitamin (Food Science of Vermont) (2 pills = 1/2 serving, I take one pill in morning, and one pill at night). This one is supposed to be one of the healthiest out there, as well as being 100% organic. However, it has small mg's of several neuro-precursors and other mixtures in it. Ingredients can be found online, too long to list here and I'm not allowed to post URL's Yet. - 1 Fish Oil Pill in the Morning and Night. Ingredients: 1,050 mg's Purified Fish Oil (molecularly distilled) Omega-3 Fatty Acids 400 mg's EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 200 mg's DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) - Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM Pill (1/2 serving in the Morning, 1/2 at Night) Full (daily) Serving Ingredients: 1,500 mg's Glucosamine Sulfate (2 KCl) 1,200 mg's Chondroitin Sulfate 1,000 mg's MSM (OptiMSM®) - Because I don't often eat alot of vegetables, I take Vegetable and Fruit Capsules as well. Again, sorry that the ingredients are too long to list here! But I take one serving (1,400 mg's) in the morning, and one serving (1,400 mg's) at night. (Product Details: Vitacost 42 fruits and vegetables, too long to list here) Now comes the work-out cocktail / nutrients. This is what I take a couple times a week, and drink it in a shake during my work-out, as I've found it increases my energy and stamina, and I've read that that is one of the best times to take most of this stuff. (That or within 30 minutes after a work-out). So this serving is about 3 times a week, and again, I'm not sure if I have the optimum ratios, but it is NOW Foods Whey Protein Isolate Strawberry, which contains 50 grams of protein, over 4 grams of Glutamine and Glutamine Precursors, almost every BCAA in the book (essential and non-essential), and then separately, I added 6 G's of Creatine monohydrate to each serving. Can't post URL, but very easy to find on google. Now comes the Nootrophic Stack, and what I have researched as what I (possibly) need / want. In the Morning: - Vinpocetine 10mg's - Phosphatidyl Choline tablet (420 mg's Phosphatidylcholine, 1,000 mg's Soy Lecithin) - Piracetam (800 mg's) - Aniracetam (200 mg's) - Oxiracetam (300 mg's) - Ashwagandha Extract (Standardized) 470 mg - Rhodiola Rosea (Standardized 3% rosavins, 1% salidrosides) 350 mg - Lion's Mane (900 mg's, 400 of that is standardized 14:1 ratio, the other 500 is fruiting body) In this pill is also 100 mg's of Maitake TD-Fraction® (10% active proteoglucan) - 500 mg's of Acetyl L-Carnitine (HCl) - 300 mg's of Alpha-Lipoic Acid At Night, the same as the above. I've also thought about adding Ecdysterone (95% Cyanotis) to my Creatine / Protein mixture. So.. what do you guys think? Too little? Too much? Wrong ratio's? I'm all ears! _Trew_ |

I think it is too much to take all these in the morning and at night. You should have to concern with your family doctor before taking all these together.
