I am a 15 yo student i want to improve my test results. I have heard about nootropics, ritalin and adderall. I need to know what i should take, how much do i take, When do i take it ( 1 hour before exam) and some legitimate suppliers.
Any advise would be welcome Thank you |

At 15 I highly doubt you are cramming for the BAR, and shouldn't be so concerned with your performance. That being said, nothing you are going to take is going to improve your grades in any meaningful way at your age. Just put in the time and you will do fine.

Maybe risking being too conservative but I personally recommend avoiding taking any drug (unless condition required), before the twenties or early twenties. Even tobaco or alcohol.
At such young age brain is still developing and future capabilities may be jeopardized by substance missuse (no citation though), and missuse is something quite common at these ages. You are too young and a healthy brain should not be taken for granted. If you do still wish to learn about it this forum and internet has plenty information but I would advise against it. You could always stick to caffeine. It helps provided you have done some study but that can be said of every nootropic... |
