I just started getting into Nootropics about a month ago and am looking to change to a better stack than that of which I am currently taking.

My Needs: Focus, Concentration, Mental Energy and Mental Alertness while working. I am an Estimator for a construction company which is a very mentally demanding office job.

What I am looking at is stacking Oxiracetam and Vinpocetine for sure... after that I am mostly clueless but have thought about adding L-Tyrosine to this stack as well. I also take a multivitamin that I plan to continue taking (One-a-day brand All Day Energy multivitamin). I'd like to add 2-4 more to this stack.

Also, what is a good Choline source that would go well with this stack? Alpha GPC is too expensive.

If vinpocetine or l-tyrosine doesn´t work as you expected I think Modafinil or one of its cheaper generics is what you are looking for. (Modafinil is somewhat more of a serious drug and not to pop it up like candys)
A for a choline source, bitartrate would do.

What do you think of adding ALCAR to the stack?
Anything else you'd recommend adding? ... and at what doseage?

Alcar is always a good addition but the dosage can be tricky. The average recommended dose of 500mg a day turn me introverted and a little bit depressed after a week but 250mg is ok 'for me'. You need to experiment with doses until you find out what is better for you.
Vinpocetine is a good idea aswell, It should be taken with food for better absortion...dose, I would say 10mg-20mg should be enough.

What would be one or two things to add to the stack that would promote well-being? dose?

Well-being? You mean general health?
Fish oil or vit. D3 or curcumin.
Besides that its great to fast for 24 hours once or twice a week, to do some exercise and sleep well. (sorry I know it is obvious).

If by well-being you mean mood:
Dmae, curcumin, triptophan, exercise and sun exposition on the first part of the day usually had a good effect on me. Doses, as always, change from person to person.
