Oh btw, I also suggest everyone watch the documentary Forks Over Knives. Especially you Phi! It will save you a lot of time reading a bunch of science garbage, and give you the facts. The best part is, you can test it yourself. What more could you ask for? I enjoy reading the science garbage, I just don't happen to comment much when it comes to that since I'm satisfied with it. Why did you pick me for watching this though? This is a thread about an adrenal tumor right? |

maybe you would be better of learning yourself methods that will help you convince her to eat healthier? possibly it isn't worth the effort?

Well some people don't understand or have never experienced the connection between eating healthy and feeling well. They have no clue what healthy food and a healthy mind can do for your body.

This past week, I've enjoyed the new additions of milk into my diet. Trader Joe's FTW!
Soy was alright. Almond tasted the best. Coconut Milk had no taste, but still good. Also switched over to organic cow milk.. |

Great documentary but I am still skeptical over milk. I think more studies need to be done on whether the benefits outweigh the negatives. |

Cool paper. Didn't get a chance to research some of the finer points, but it seems to me like there may be some sort of ability of EGCG and curcumin to form a sort of "ion-like" pair, via extensive hydrogen bonding to yield a molecule which appears more hydrophobic, and thus able to cross membranes more easily. Looking at the two molecules, I can sort of imagine a Buckyball like structure forming |

raw organic milk is bad for you because our body has gotten used to the milk filled with preservatives and chemicals.. thats why taking raw milk rresults in a bad experience..
