Hopefully that concept includes the use of ion engines. I can't stand the continued use of chemical liquid rockets. We have the technology to get the first man onto Mars relatively quickly. The only problem is the funding.

Is anyone familiar with Helium-3? In the future, it will be used to power our spacecrafts.
