I have been noticing a pattern recently that suggests some supplements Ive been trying might be able to help relax me and deal with my neuropathy / fibromyaliga , the trouble is in the process these supplements ( Ultra Cordyceps , Lithium Orotate & Forskohlii) are making me far worse by affecting my muscoskeletal issues ( I suspect because they all act on the smooth muscle some way )

Does any one have some suggestions on how I might be able to avoid this problem without reaping the issues I seem to be having with the smooth muscle becoming affected , or is this an avoidable part of the process for nearly all NB's ?

thanks
