some scientists say time travel is impossible.

Is remembering what you did yesterday a type of time travel? After all, you're thinking back in time. It may not be physical time travel, but a type of virtual time transition. Perhaps travelling back in time is impossible, but time transition is possible. Hypnosis could be a good way to transition from the present to the past. You can travel forward physically(real), and transition backward virtually(not real). Furthermore, is sleep a type of forward time travel? To me, it seems like a split second from the time i fall asleep, to the time i wake up. And of course, time has moved on 7 or so hours, that's if I have a good nights sleep. Imagine if you could "freeze" the aging process while you are asleep. So if you average 7 hours sleep over 75 years for example, you could save 21 years in physcial aging? Or, you've gone forward 21 years that seems like a matter of seconds. Interesting concept, sleep (forward), memory (backward).

I'm gonna conduct a bit of an experiment. I plan to see a hypnotherapist and have myself transitioned back by one day. I wondering if I can "playback" the day from the time I woke up, till the time I went to sleep. I wonder how long it will take. I've been hypnotised before, so i know it will work.

Wish me luck, i'm gonna go time traveling (virtually)!!!
