There are approxamely 42 neurotransmitters, now these neurotransmitters affect everything about the physical body and mental body. if you can control the chemicals of the brain you can actually induce any state of being, almost everything about yourself changes from emotions, thinking, mood, perception, and intelligence. The normal diet doesnt supply us with the acurate amount of the right neurotransmitters
thats why people develope diseases and dont feel well, for example if you were on a right dose of serotonin you will feel happy, have more mood stability, confidence and a more socialble behavior and thats just serotonin imagine a combination for example let combine serotonin and dopamine. if you were about to take serotonin and dopamine you will have the serotonin affects as i describe above and dopamine will
increase cognition, attetion, motivation sexual activity, memory, sleep and learning ability and thats just two neurotransmitters out of 42 . well if you buy serotonin as 5-htp it wont have the happy affects such as the actual serotonin synthesize in labs like prozac and even prozac is not sythesize right because if you take a high dose you will feel extremely happy and later have a big down. prozac would be a good drug to increase happiness but its affects can even make people kill themselves if not taken correctly. if you know how to manipulate the intake of neurotrasmitter you can have some amazing affects, control what goes in your mouth, most people just eat what they like not what is good for them .because they dont have no intelligence
about what the food they eat does to the body. now they are drugs the have multiple neurotransmitters and
and will have multiple affects for example the drug alcohol has GABA, Dopamine, Endorphins and Glutamate
thats why under the influence of alcohol ones feel pain relieve do to endorphins, calmness do to GABA,
social and motivation behavior do to dopamine and muscular relaxation, discoordination do to glutamate.

We all know the too much of something is not good for us becuase when you experinece the same thing over and over you seem to develope tolerence or dullness so in the same sense this is why there is no positive growth physical, mentally and spiritually because we cosume the same things over and over. to have a good bio-chemistry you must have the right chemicals in the body. we are not scientist so none of us are going to the lab and trying to synthesize a balance neuro-chemical pill to balance or highten the fucntion of the body. i will give you the super diet the gives you the right neurotransmitter for optimal performance.
Omega 3 Fatty-Acids(wild salmon), Dark Cocholate, Beets, Kiwi, Oranges, Carrots, Cereal,Eggs,Milk, Corn, Pineapple, Apples, Yogurt, Green Tea, Chamomile Tea, Bananas, Peaches, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Ginger Tea, Shrimp,Meats(protein), Honey,Oatmeal, maintain a good acidity level(PH) and a good water levels so drink enough water to stay hydrated, i am also going to include alcohol but buy high quality alcohol so you dont get a hangover(Vodka does not give hangovers) ,also get a multi-vitamin for extra-nutrition. I think nutrition level is as far most people will go. people the have done drugs know the potential of neurotransmitter if they are synthesize correctly so they dont inflict damage on the user.

You may be thinking/viewing the brain to much in terms of neurotransmitters. Food has a vast impact on our health , along with sleep and proper diet, though some people never pay attention to their diet and are to a degree okay, this is where genetics comes in.
