there is a bug that appeared a couple weeks ago that is preventing new user registrations. I have quickly scanned the code involved but was not able to fix the problem. Since my time is limited, I have opted to enable Guest replying to topics, though Guests cannot create new topics. This may result in more spam postings, but will enable people unable to register, to get involved in the discussions here, until the forum registration bug is fixed.

You should have access to all the archived content as a guest, but I hope we can figure something out with the forum to allow new user registrations once again. I have contacted LD privately and hopefully we can update BM, but he has been working feverishly on high-end brain connectomes research and recently had a beautiful addition to the family- so time is extremely limited.
