O.k. so choosing between pyritinol and picamilon or piracetam. Which would be the better option in terms of strength for concentration and cognition e.t.c. I'm about to begin on Huperzine in my diet; 100mg at the start of the day.
So question list: 1. Pyritinol + picamilon or piracetam. 2. What choline source should i use for given question one considering the Huperzine supplement already. 3. Can i take more Huperzine safely? 4. When should i be using stuff? Also as a brief background i tend to struggle massively with concentration and become depressed during semester times when i'm constantly working. So all advice against and or additions to what to take is very welcome ![]() Thanks. |

O.k. i researched stuff pretty much decided on dosage etc.
I have one question left really... Does huperzine give the choline required to work with piracetam? I assume it does. |

Does huperzine give the choline required to work with piracetam? I assume it does. It will really depend on your own brain chemistry. In trialling hup A for a few weeks, I found that it didn't quite do the job for me, while ALCAR did. Also, there isn't really a consensus concerning how desirable it is to take long-lasting AChEIs every day. I save it for 'special occasions,' and use more mundane cholinergics as piracetam adjuncts. |

Does huperzine give the choline required to work with piracetam? I assume it does. Honestly, I'd take a fueling route over an inhibitor. Alpha GPC, CDP Choline (what I use), and the like. My trial of Huperzine A left me rather non-plussed. CDP with Piracetam gives me excellent results. |
