Do you have a favorite thing to eat? Something that turns a frown upside down? fills your stomach? Whatever..
Post here

I've enjoyed dark cocoa(especially when I mixed that with this mate drink)

a marshmallow milkshake, made with marshmallow syrup, key lime ice cream, its is sickeningly
sweet, I had it last and ate half of a peanut butter and milk chocolate syrup on top of a thick brownie
with whip cream and peanuts, you fell sick, full, insulin shock and you feel good, 24oz shake, rather large brownie

I would also have to say Nutella, the hazelnut spread, by itself
or as a sandwich with marshmallow creme on pumperkle nickle bread

It seems to depend on mood, sometimes fat sources, like a Big Mac seem to do the trick,
something I have noticed(along with many others) is that we get 2-3 times the salt we need on a traditional
American/Western diet, meaning I do not seem to crave salty things. Sometimes an old fashion Italian dinner,
lasagna , garlic bread pop(just me, non traditional) maybe some baked ravioli appetizers. Gives you your strength back.

yeah, I usually get the most out of what I'm craving at the moment...I think our body lets us know pretty well what we need.

I initially assumed that this would be an accumulation of what people craved and I would have a list of interesting things to try out when I'm hungry, yet out of ideas

Have you eaten a large selection of food?
I recently had at a Thai restaurant,
California crab rolls, wasabi sauce on the side
some kind of hot/tang sauce inside, it is a
sushi dish,but its cooked

i believe ive tried a wide selection of food...sushi is excellent all around, theres just a few things i havent tried that are common on menus in the US.
I had a vegan ex who introduced me to many alternative foods, with overall satisfaction. Some favorites she introduced to me (that I would still eat today) are facon, almond milk, non-dairy ice creams(some brands are much better than regular ice cream while others are quite average) and a bunch of other soy, meat alternatives. The only downside that i saw was that it could be a bit pricey at times and i would want larger quantities if there wasnt a wide variety(as opposed to regular dishes i make).

Plain, nonfat greek yogurt, especially with cinnamon and wheat germ mixed in. It simply can't be beat.

For diet you don't need to eat less but you should avoid heavy and animal fat.

I love Basmati rice. The nutty flavor of it makes it so much better than any other rice i have tried.
